Hardcastle Gallery where we also met artist Larry Anderson who gave us
some ideas on things to see. |

Old New Castle Courthouse. We had read that the northern border of
Delaware was established out to a 12 mile radius from the dome of the
courthouse. |

Brian Cannon explaining how the surveying was accomplished with a
wooden stick and chain. He also told us that the courthouse dome wasn't
the real center, but that the center was located at Broad Dyke. |
